Anita Coleman (Garay Smith) is a Maryland-licensed real estate agent with Northrop Realty and a member of The Karla Pinato Team in Clarksville. Before entering real estate, Anita built her career in data analysis, project management, and operations within both startup and financial environments. Her work focused on analyzing trends, managing complex initiatives, and helping organizations make informed decisions. She now brings that same analytical perspective to the housing market by studying comparable sales, local market conditions, and buyer activity to develop strong pricing and marketing strategies for her clients.
